Euro update

6 Sep

The shock of the first set of Euro qualifiers had to be France’s 1-0 loss to Belarus at home. Yikes.  The French fans did not like that one bit as they started booing as soon as Belarus scored (granted, with a hint of offsides).  England dominated Bulgaria in a 4-0 win, thanks to a hat trick from Jermaine Defoe.

Any momentum England built went out the window as several papers published allegations that Wayne Rooney was stepping out on his pregnant wife with a 21-year-old prostitute.  What’s with the English players being total sleazeballs?  Fabio Capello has to hate his life right now.  Rooney is with the team in Switzerland though and is expected to play.
